Just two more weeks of regular season play before we arrive at the playoffs, but the foot is still on the gas for a lot of these teams this year. Let’s look at the four best plays for this Sunday’s slate.
Bryce Young – Under 249.5 Passing Yards
Bryce Young has been having himself a bit of a comeback. Ever since his return to football in October after a couple weeks on the bench, something must have clicked, he’s looked much better. However, despite looking better, his stats still haven’t been jumping off the page. In fact, he’s only cleared this line two times in his entire season. Last time these teams played each other, Bryce did clear the line, however, Tampa Bay is going to be fighting to lock in a playoff spot, which may make this game a lot closer.
Bryce Young under 249.5 passing yards is the first play.
Blake Cashman – Over 7.5 Tackles + Asst. Tackles
Blake Cashman is one of the more consistent linebackers in the league. A Swiss army knife on defense, he’s found himself getting pressures, TFLs, QB Hits, and of course nearly 100 total tackles this year. He’s already cleared the line of 7.5 tackles in 6 of his 12 games, and he’s coming off a game where he just got 12 total. Usually, we don’t look into defensive players, but this week, our plays are protected. Meaning if 3/4 of the plays hit, we still cash. This will take some pressure off this play, and get us closer to making some cash. Speaking of cash, Cashman should be able to clear this line against a very important matchup against the Packers.
Blake Cashman over 7.5 total tackles is the next play for this Sunday.
De’Von Achane – Over 74.5 Rushing + Receiving Yards
I would venture to say that Achane is probably the best hybrid back in the entire league. He’s always putting up insane numbers, and I definitely got to thank him for what he’s done for me in fantasy this year. This week, he’ll be playing against the Browns, who is 1st in passing yards allowed and 11th in rushing yards allowed. On top of that, Achane has cleared this line 7 times this year, with four of those times being cleared just off of his rushing numbers. Achane is going to continue being the multi-tool in the backfield, and he should be able to clear this line against the weak Browns.
De’Von Achane over 74.5 rushing and receiving yards is the next play for this week’s Sunday slate.
Bucky Irving – Over 74.5 Rushing + Receiving Yards
Bucky Irving is a very similar back to Achane, and he’s been developing his role in the Tampa Bay offense rather quickly in his rookie season. Impressively, he’s already cleared this line ten times this season, and against the Panthers, I think he should be able to keep up this momentum. He’s on a two game streak of clearing this line so far, and Bucky should continue this streak this Sunday.
Bucky Irving over 74.5 rushing + receiving yards is the last play for this Sunday.
