Wild Card Saturday – Four BEST Plays

The most exciting time in football has finally begun, the playoffs. This week, we’ve got six exciting matchups, and therefore six opportunities for us to make some money. Let’s take a look at the four best plays for the first two games this Saturday.

Nico Collins – Over 89.5 Receiving Yards

Nico Collins, since returning from injury, came out with one big game and stayed relatively quiet since. Whether this is on him, CJ Stroud, or the O-Line is all up for debate, but the big thing is he stays consistent. With a catch rate of 68.7% and an a career best average of 5.7 receptions a game, he continues to be the most reliable target on the Houston offense. Going against a tough defense like the Chargers, the gameplan is going to be looking for those talented, reliable guys like Nico Collins, so I think he’ll be able to clear this line like he did with ease in his first game back from injury.

Nico Collins over 89.5 receiving yards is the first play for wild card Saturday.

Derrick Henry – Over 15.7 Fantasy Points

Derrick Henry is a beast, there’s no point in arguing against that. He’s already cleared this line in 10 of his 17 games, and I don’t think I’ll be surprised if he does it again here. With a rushing attack that’s 1st in yards and 6th in rushing TDs, the Ravens are certainly not afraid of the tough Steelers rushing defense. In fact, last time they played, the Ravens hung 34 points and 220 rushing yards against them, 162 of those yards of course being Derrick Henry. If the Ravens can commit to the run, he’ll clear this line no problem.

Derrick Henry over 15.7 fantasy points is the next play for the matchup between the Steelers and Ravens.

George Pickens – Over 39.5 Receiving Yards

George Pickens has had a weird second half of the season, but despite this, has still been putting up great numbers. Aside from last weeks goose-egg, he’s cleared this line 8 games in a row. The Ravens also surprisingly are 31st in passing yards allowed this year, so why not give the ball to your playmaker in George Pickens (we know he’d definitely appreciate it). Last time they played, Pickens put up 91 yards against the Ravens, so we hope to see this happen again on wild card weekend.

George Pickens over 39.5 receiving yards is the next play for this weekend’s wild card slate.

Justin Herbert – Over 19.5 Rushing Yards

Justin Herbert, despite being one of the few true pocket passers left in the NFL, is a playmaker through-and-through. The Chargers have been successful on the ground and through the air, so it wouldn’t be too surprising to see Herbert break out for a run or two to clear this line; he did it in week 18 against the Raiders. The Texans also allowed an average of 24.2 rushing yards to QBs this year, so if Justin can reach this average, we’ll cash.

Justin Herbert over 19.5 rushing yards is the final play for this week’s wild card Saturday.
