With the schedule officially released, we know which games will be the most interesting to watch this season. The primetime slate this season is stacked with great games, so lets look at the five best game to look at.

Bears vs. Vikings – Week One MNF

For the first week of the season, we’re starting off with a bang. The Bears and Vikings are already an exciting rivalry matchup, two teams that I think match up very well with each other. However, on top of that, this game will be the debut of Vikings QB J.J. McCarthy, another draftee from Caleb Williams’ class. The storylines here are simple; Is Caleb Williams ready to take the next step? Is J.J. McCarthy the real deal? Which team is ready to get over the hump? All of these and more on the first week of the season, it’ll be a game to watch.

While we’re on the topic of the Bears and the 2024 QB draft class, let’s talk Jayden Daniels. We all remember the low-scoring affair that ended in the heartbreaking Hail Mary from last year, and this game is going to be the rematch. The storylines here are similar to the Bears vs. the Vikings, which 2024 QB has the spotlight, and who deserves it? I think this game will be just as down to the wire as last years’, and its one you’re not going to want to miss.

Lions vs. Eagles – Week Eleven SNF

This game is just going to be a classic clash of the titans. Both NFC powerhouses, the Super Bowl champion Eagles vs. the Lions who’s injuries held them back last year. This is the first time these two teams have played each other since 2022, when both teams were just starting their new Super Bowl windows. Around this time in the season, both teams will be deep into the playoff race, and this game will be a must-win if either team wants that crucial first-round bye. The Lions and their powerhouse offense vs. the Eagles and their powerhouse offense, this one is bound to be full of fireworks and star power.

Chiefs vs. Broncos – Week Seventeen SNF

Merry Christmas! This rivalry matchup is sure to be a good one for the holidays. If the Broncos can play up to their ceiling, and the Chiefs continue to be the team that we know they are, this may be a matchup that has huge playoff implications so late in the season. The Broncos defense mixed with their budding star Bo Nix, and the Chiefs offense mixed with the alien Patrick Mahomes; we’re bound to see a great game.

Bengals vs. Ravens – Thanksgiving TNF

Speaking of holiday rivalry matchups, the last primetime game I’m interested in is this matchup between the Bengals and Ravens. The Bengals, despite missing the playoffs, had one of the best offenses in the league last year. The Ravens just barely fell short in their Divisional round matchup against the Bills, losing 25 – 27. Therefore, this late in the season, these two rivals should be deep into fighting for the division, and this game could be big in determining who takes the AFC North. This isn’t one you’re going to want to miss in a turkey-fueled coma.
