The 2025 Carolina Panthers schedule is set and its a good one. Being one of the newer franchises in the league, the panthers have had a rollercoaster of existence. Ever since the 2016 superbowl the panthers have had a slow decline reaching an all time low in 2023. There was a lot of hope heading into the offseason for them, Bryce young showed promise, they have lots of young talent, and most importantly they are in arguably the easiest division to win. Today were gonna take a look at the schedule for the Panthers this year and predict whats to come, whether they will have a winning or a losing season.
Week 1: Carolina Panthers @ Jacksonville Jaguars
Score: 21-28
Starting off in Week 1 the Panthers are faced with the Jaguars, another team that is in a hopeful place trying to build a special roster. I see the Jaguars taking the cake this week. Given its in Jacksonville as well the crowd there will be booming. Coming out of pre-season I expect the Jaguars to be firing on all cylinders and to swing for the fences.
Week 2: Carolina Panthers @ Arizona Cardinals
Score: 28-31
In week 2 Carolina heads to Arizona, in the past when these two teams faced off they have had explosive affairs. In a lot of ways they are similar teams, I expect this game to be very intense and a close one for the week. However because it’s in Arizona I predict the Cardinals will play really hard ultimately taking the win.
Week 3: Atlanta Falcons @ Carolina Panthers
Score: 24-20
The first divisional game of the year will be against the Falcons. Historically falcons and panthers games are high scoring and full of highlight plays. In this first outing I see the Panthers taking the win at home. I believe this will be a breakout year for Bryce Young as he emerges to show he was worth the first pick. Against a divisional opponent he will lead his team to victory.
Week 4: Carolina Panthers @ New England Patriots
Score: 28-17
After a win in week 3 I expect the Panthers to smell blood in the water and come alive. The Patriots are looking like a very formidable team but I prophesize the Panthers carrying their momentum into week 4 and beating the Pats on the road.
Week 5: Miami Dolphins @ Carolina Panthers
Score: 23-20
After a dominant road win the Panthers will head home and face the Dolphins, where I predict they beat them handily. The Dolphins have plenty of talent on their roster but they are very scattered and discombobulated. I predict for this to be a close game weirdly enough, despite that the Panthers pull together a game winning drive.
Week 6: Dallas Cowboys @ Carolina Panthers
Score: 35-24
In week 6 the Panthers host the Cowboys, after a nice win streak things will even back out and the Panthers will lose to the Cowboys. Now that Dak Prescott is back and healthy he should lead the team to a win, despite it being in North Carolina the panthers will fall behind the cowboys. I also foresee this to be a particularly big game for Cee Dee Lamb.
Week 7: Carolina Panthers @ New York Jets
Score: 28-20
Sitting with a record of 3-3 the Panthers head to New York to take on the Jets. The Panthers coming off an embarrassing loss at home will be hungry for a win, I see them taking a handy win. This will be a particularly strong week for Chubba Hubbard, against the Jets I see him tearing apart their defense.
Week 8: Buffalo Bills @ Carolina Panthers
Week 9: Carolina Panthers @ Green Bay Packers
Score: 21-28
Heading to Wisconsin the Panthers take on the Packers. In this battle of the trenches I see the Packers coming out on top, the Panthers will put up a good fight Chubba Hubbard exposing their run defense. Ultimately the Packers will still win in the end with Jordan Love slinging passes left and right.
Week 10: New Orleans @ Carolina Panthers
Score: 14-28
In the 10th week of the 2025 season the Panthers host the Saints. The Panthers are going to win this game, this being an emergence game for Tetairoa McMillan. I do not see the Saints being very successful this year all together. This divisional rivalry has housed many exciting games but I don’t see this being one.
Week 11: Carolina Panthers @ Atlanta Falcons
Score: 31-40
Getting on the road to face off in Atlanta, In this dogfight I see the Falcons coming out on top. This game may even go to overtime but I foresee a great matchup between two young quarterbacks in Bryce Young and Micheal Penix Jr. In the end however it will be the Falcons who take home the win.
Week 12: Carolina Panthers @ San Francisco 49ers
Score: 17- 24
Taking a road trip to the golden state, the 49ers host the Panthers. This was honestly one of the hardest games to predict, both these teams have such volatile talent. Ultimately I think the Niners best the Panthers by a healthy margin. Christian McCaffrey will probably have a standout game against his former team as the Panthers begin a 2 game loss streak.
Week 13: LA Rams @ Carolina Panthers
Week 14: Bye Week
Heading into the bye week on a 3 game loss streak, a record of 4-8. The Panthers will gather their bearings as the season is starting to wrap up.
Week 15: Carolina Panthers @ New Orleans Saints
Score: 24-20
Fresh off a bye week this Panthers team will head to New Orleans and snap their win streak. This game will be closer than their last matchup but I see the Panthers sweeping their rivals. This will be yet another masterclass from Chubba Hubbard as he dominates in the trenches.
Week 16: Tampa Bay Buccaneers @ Carolina Panthers
Score: 28-14
Onto week 16 the Buccs will bring their all to Carolina. With the Buccaneers on the road against a divisional rival they will take the win. Divisional games are usually the least predictable and in this one I see the Buccs upsetting the Panthers at home.
Week 17: Seattle Seahawks @ Carolina Panthers
Score: 37-40
In this nailbiter of a matchup the Seahawks will fall to the Panthers at home. I foresee this as being one of the best games for the Panthers this year. Squeaking out a win and shocking everyone. This will be an all around victory from offense and defense as this game may go into overtime.
Week 18: Carolina Panthers @ Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Score: 23-20
For the final game of the 2025 season the Panthers are on the road in Tampa Bay. Just as the Buccs did a couple weeks ago I see the Panthers returning the favor. Upsetting the Tampa Bay fans at home and taking a win in a razor thin game winning field goal.
Although I am very optimistic about this Carolina team they have a rather tough schedule and its hard to predict. Sadly I believe this means they will have a losing season but that does not mean its all doom and gloom. The Panthers have had it rough for the past 3 seasons or so and this season will inject some much needed hope for years to come. I see Bryce Young taking some really big steps and seeing continued production from Chubba Hubbard and some younger guys stepping to the plate as well.
