Predicting Every NFL Game In Week 13

Week 13 of the NFL season is here and what a week of football we have ahead. There are a lot of great matchups this week, and there a lot of playoff implications on the line. And in today’s article, we will be breaking down every game from week 13. I hope you enjoy!

Green Bay At Detroit

Detroit Lions wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown makes a catch while hit by Green Bay Packers safety Javon Bullard during the Thursday Night Football game at Ford Field in Detroit on Thursday, Dec. 5, 2024.

NFL week 13 kicks off with a game between the Packers and Lions at Ford Field in Detroit. The Packers beat the Lions 27-13 back in week one and absolutely dominated Detroit in that game. Both teams have came a long way since then but Detroit has put up 34 more points into their last three games and I’ve had , 490 yards or more of offense into last three games. I think this game will be lot of unfinished business from how bad Green Bay embarrassed Detroit back in week one. There are serious playoff implications within this game for both sides and I’m not going to pick against Dan Campbell’s Lions. Verdict: Detroit 27 -24

Kansas City At Dallas

The Cowboys had a big come from behind win and week 12 over the Eagles and they’ve looked like a really good team over the past couple of weeks. Their defense has been a problem for a lot of 2025, but over the last few weeks they’ve only allowed 37 total points and their defensive line has played really well. I think there’s a chance they make Patrick Mahomes uncomfortable all game, and I don’t think Kansas City’s offense can keep up with the Cowboys. And I know this may be a surprise, but I’m gonna take Dallas to win 31-24.

Cincinnati At Baltimore

The Bengals will travel to Baltimore on Thanksgiving night and they will be without both Tee Higgins and Trey Hendrickson. However, they will be getting back Joe Burrow and Ja’Marr Chase. Unfortunately for Bengals fans – I don’t think that’s going to be enough. The Ravens (to me) are a much better team and I don’t think the Bengals are a very good team and there’s a reason they haven’t made the playoffs since 2022. I still think the Ravens are working through some things offensively – most notably with quarterback Lamar Jackson, but I think they do enough to get the win. Baltimore 27-20

Chicago At Philly

We have a black Friday special between the Bears and Eagles, who are both 8-3 entering this game. The Eagles are touchdown favorites much to the surprise of everyone – especially with how they played against Dallas in week 12. The Eagles have not looked good offensively for a couple of weeks now while the Bears keep squeaking out win after win. I am kind of surprised the Eagles are seven point favorites, and I know the Bears haven’t beat a lot of great teams this year, but I think this game will be close throughout. I like what the Bears have done so far this year but I don’t think it’s enough to go into the Linc and beat the Eagles. Philly 24, Chicago 20.

Los Angeles (NFC) At Carolina

I really think the Los Angeles Rams are one of the best teams in football and I think that shows week in and week out. I also think the Panthers are a team that wants to take the next step, but every time they’re given an opportunity – they seemingly fail (see week 12, for example). I know it’s going to be a long road trip for the Rams, but I don’t think the Panthers are going to be able to beat the Rams at home, especially with the Rams more or less having to defend the one seed for the rest of the regular season. I simply trust Sean McVay and Matt Stafford, and the Rams a lot more than I trust Dave Canales, Bryce Young and the Panthers and for that reason I think the Rams win this game 34-20

San Francisco At Cleveland

San Francisco did not look great offensively for most of their week 12 game against Carolina, but they’re playing a team that does not have a great offense in Cleveland in week 13. The Browns are coming off of a big 24-10 win over the Raiders in week 12, but I don’t think the Raiders are remotely close to where the 49ers are. it was cool to see Shedeur Sanders win his first career NFL start, but he’s going up against a much different beast in week 13. Robert Saleh will have the 49ers defense ready to play and I think the winner of this game is whoever scores 20 points first. San Francisco 20 Cleveland 13.

Houston At Indianapolis

The Texans and Colts will be one of the most anticipated games of week 13. How will Indy’s offensive line play against Houston’s pass rush? The Texans looked really good against Buffalo in week 12, and the biggest thing for the Texans after that win – is the opportunity for them to get to the postseason is there. Quarterback Daniel Jones has had a really good season so far, but he hasn’t faced a pass rush quite like this. The Texans goal will be to get Will Anderson and Danielle Hunter going the way they did against Buffalo in week 12, and with the Texans postseason chances on the line, I think they are a very dangerous team. This should be a close game and I’m gonna take Houston to win 19-16.

New Orleans At Miami

The Saints are coming off of a 24-10 loss against the Falcons and are now playing the Dolphins off of their week 12 bye. I didn’t think Tyler Shough looked bad in week 12 against Atlanta, I just thought he was set up for failure by the rest of his team. Since that game, the Saints have cut kicker Blake Grupe, and in theory should only get better on special teams. Ultimately, the biggest thing I want to see in this game for New Orleans is progression from Tyler Shough. Now I know most of us probably think the Dolphins season is over at least from a competitive standpoint -but in theory their playoff chances are still alive. And with them coming off of their bye and with them being a more hungry team – along with the fact that I think they are a better team than the Saints – I think Miami wins this game 23-17.

Atlanta At New York

The Falcons beat the Saints 24-10 last week and quarterback Kirk Cousins looked really solid in that game. The Falcons pass rush has also looked really good for most of 2025 and I’m really happy that this team finally has a pass rush. Ultimately, I think the Falcons are a much more talented team than the Jets currently are. I do want to see continued progression from the Jets receiving corps , but as we know this team made two big trades a couple of weeks ago, and their team on paper is one of the worst in the NFL. I would be kind of surprised if Atlanta loses this game and I think they improve to 5-7 with a 24-13 victory.

Arizona At Tampa Bay

The Cardinals lost to the Jags 27-24 in a game they very much should have won in week 12 and unfortunately that’s the story of their season. I know the Buccaneers are banged up, but this team is getting close to being desperate. The Cardinals coaching staff is on their way out the door because they routinely fail to capitalize an opportunities and last week was a prime example. While I do have questions about the future of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, I still think they’re going to win against a Cardinals team that is almost destined for a top 10 draft pick. The biggest thing for Tampa Bay is to take care of business against a bad team and the move on to week 14 still a top the NFC south. I think this will be close, but ultimately I’m going to go with Tampa to win this game 24-21.

Jacksonville At Tennessee

Arizona Cardinals safety Budda Baker (3) closes in for a sack on Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence (16) at State Farm Stadium on Nov. 23, 2025.

Another AFC south clash in week 14 is the Jags at the Titans. The Jags are 7-4 through 11 games and while they played with fire last week against Arizona, I don’t think they make the same mistake twice. The Jags are a better team than the Titans as Tennessee is not 1-10 by accident. Even though this has been a very long year for the Titans, I think they have their quarterback of the future in Cam Ward – and that is a positive to take away from a tumultuous 2025 season. The best thing to Titans can do at this point is to continue to lose games to set up for a better draft pick in 2026. Jacksonville 24 Tennessee 14.

Las Vegas At Los Angeles

The Raiders go to Sofi Stadium to play the Chargers in week 13 after they lost 24-10 to the Browns in week 12. They fired offensive coordinator Chip Kelly after the Browns game, and while I don’t think Chip Kelly was a good coach, I think he was one of the least of their issues. The Raiders are a very bad football team and they show this regularly from a lack of execution, and a lack of effort. And there’s a reason this team will probably be looking for their fourth head coach in five years this offseason. The Pete Carroll experiment has been a complete disaster and I don’t think the Chargers play with their food coming off of week 12 bye. LA 27 Las Vegas 10

Minnesota At Seattle

Seattle Seahawks quarterback Sam Darnold (14) passes during the fourth quarter against the Tennessee Titans at Nissan Stadium in Nashville, Tenn., Sunday, Nov. 23, 2025.

The Vikings are traveling to Seattle and this was a game that we thought JJ McCarthy would play Sam Darnold. But at the moment it looks like JJ McCarthy will be in the concussion protocol and miss this game, which will lead undrafted free agent Max Brosmer to start a quarterback for Minnesota. In the absolute best case scenario, the Vikings have Max Brosmer become their Brock Purdy, but this is not an ideal situation for Brosmer’s first start. He’s playing against a really good defense, and Seattle’s offense can put up points with the best of them too. I expect Jaxon Smith-Njigba to go for over 100 yards and for Sam Darnold to throw two if not, three touchdown passes. The biggest thing for Seattle in this game is to not let Minnesota hang around and I don’t think they will. Seattle 31 Minnesota 17.

Buffalo At Pittsburgh

Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen calls out before the snap during second half action against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Nov 16, 2025 at Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park.

Both the Bills and Steelers are desperate entering week 13 as each team lost in week 12 and the outlook of their season is grim. Aaron Rodgers missed week 12 due to wrist injury, and there is optimism he returns for the week 13 game against the Bills. Even with Aaron Rodgers returning I still trust Josh Allen, James Cook, and the Buffalo Bills to go into Acrisure Stadium and pull out a win. I do think there will be major change for both organizations this offseason, but that’s a conversation for another day. Buffalo 24, Pittsburgh 20.

Denver At Washington

The Denver Broncos are 9-2 and will travel to FedEx Field to play the Washington Commanders on Sunday night football in what will be one of the games of 2025. With Jayden Daniels out I simply do not trust Marcus Mariota against an elite Denver defense, and I don’t know how many people that do. This is a game that could get ugly and quick for the Washington commanders and I don’t think there should be much of a discussion as to who the consensus thinks is going to win this game. Denver 27 Washington 10.

New York At New England

Cincinnati Bengals defensive tackle McKinnley Jackson (93) rushes New England Patriots quarterback Drake Maye (10) in the third quarter of the NFL Week 12 game between the Cincinnati Bengals and the New England Patriots at Paycor Stadium in downtown Cincinnati on Sunday, Nov. 23, 2025. The Bengals fall to 3-8 with a 26-20 loss at home.

The Giants travel to Foxborough to play the Patriots on Monday night and this has the potential to be one of the more entertaining games of the week. The Giants nearly beat the Lions in week 12, and probably would have if Jahmyr Gibbs didn’t have a 264 total yard, three touchdown performance. The Giants fired defensive coordinator Shane Bowen after that game and I can’t wait to see the impact that has the Giants defense for the remainder of the 2025 season. But the New England Patriots could easily be the one seed in the AFC and if there’s anything about a Mike Vrabel team that I trust – it’s that they’re going to take care of business and win far more often than not. Quite frankly, I would be surprised if the Giants pull out a win and I’m going to take New England 28-17
