Week 14 of the NFL season is here and we have a great week of football ahead. There are a lot of great games this week, including several divisional games that have playoff implications on the line. The best part of the NFL season is just getting started, and in today’s article – we will be breaking down every game from week 14. I hope you enjoy!

Dallas At Detroit

Week 14 kicks off with Dallas traveling to Detroit in a game where Detroit is slightly favored. I’m going to be honest – I am very surprised that Detroit is favored in this game, especially with how each team has played in the past few weeks. Dallas is 3-0 since their bye week and this is in someways a must win game for them, and they’ve been rolling as of late. And based on their final couple of games along with the fact, Detroit will be out Sam LaPorta and because the offense has not looked the same without him – I like Dallas on the road. I think this is a game between two teams trending in opposite directions. And I think there is a real reality Dallas steals the NFC East from the Philadelphia Eagles. Cowboys 31 – Lions 24

Tennessee At Cleveland

The Titans will travel to Cleveland in what will be one of the most anticipated games in all of 2025. Now jokes aside, this will be a game between rookie quarterbacks in Cam Ward and Shedeur Sanders. I have said before that I think the 2025 Titans are one of the worst teams we’ve seen in the past 15 years and I stand by that. The Browns defense is one of the best in football and their led by future Hall of Famer Myles Garret. Unless the Browns offense turns the ball over four or five times – the Browns should win this game. I expect it to be low scoring, but I think Cleveland comes out on top. Browns 13, Titans 10

Miami At New York

The Dolphins enter week 14 with a 5-7 record and while I think we can all agree the Dolphins are certainly not going to be Super Bowl champions this year – believe it or not they have a path for them to play meaningful football in December. There are six 8 win teams right now in the AFC, but the Dolphins can make things interesting if they win this game to improve to 6-7. Again, I don’t think they’re going to go to the postseason, but they do legitimately have something to play for. The Jets offense also looked against the Falcons last week, and it was good to see Adonai Mitchell have a 100 yard game for the Jets. I think the Dolphins will ultimately win this game, but I think it will be really close throughout. Dolphins 24, Jets 20

Pittsburgh At Baltimore

Believe it or not this is the first time the Steelers and Ravens have played this year. Typically the Steelers and Ravens split the season series and we’ll see how this year plays out, but I think the Steelers are facing a scenario where they have their first losing season under Head coach Mike Tomlin. The Buffalo Bills ran for over 240 yards against Pittsburgh in week 13, and I think the Ravens will use that exact same recipe to win this game. The Steelers – to me – are such a painfully average team and that’s despite having the highest paid defense in the entire NFL. This has been a frustrating year for both teams, but I like Baltimore to win this game. Ravens 27 Steelers 20

Washington At Minnesota

It is pretty insane to me that the Minnesota Vikings are favored entering this game at the time that I write this article, especially with how they’ve played over the past two weeks. This team has scored six points in their last eight quarters, and while I know the Commanders defense is not anywhere close to the Packers or Seahawks defense – the Vikings offense looks all-time bad at the moment. And outside of a few of the teams at the bottom of the league – I wouldn’t pick Minnesota to beat anyone. Washington also nearly beat the Broncos in week 13, which is a lot more impressive than anything Minnesota has done since they beat the Lions about a month ago. The game plan for Washington should be force a young quarterback to make mistakes and capitalize off the turnovers. Commanders 24, Vikings 13

Seattle At Atlanta

The Seahawks are coming off of a shut out win while the Falcons are coming off of a game in which they lost to the Jets. And what people don’t realize about the Falcons and Jets game, is if the Falcons won that game – they would be in legitimate NFC South title conversations. But they’re not. And unless Seattle turns the ball over a bunch of times, or has a couple people fall down in the secondary – I don’t see any way Seattle loses this game. The NFL has been extremely unpredictable this year and we saw the Rams lose to the Panthers last week and I think that will be a wake up call for several contending teams. I don’t think Seattle loses on the road to a clearly inferior team. Seahawks 27, Falcons 17

New Orleans At Tampa

Whenever you look at this game, you probably think that the Buccaneers are going to beat the Saints by double digits. But rookie quarterback Tyler Shough has shown flashes throughout his short time in the NFL. And I wouldn’t doubt the Saints lead this game at some point second half – especially with how Tampa has played in the past few weeks. Now, having said that I wouldn’t bet on the Saints to win, but I think they keep it close all throughout. The Buccaneers have been a frustrating team to watch over the past 6 weeks – and I understand why there have been some rumblings about a potential coach change after the season. I still think Tampa wins, but I do think it will be close. Buccaneers 24, Saints 21

Indianapolis At Jacksonville

Indianapolis Colts running back Jonathan Taylor (28) rushes the ball up the sideline Sunday, Nov. 30, 2025, during a game against the Houston Texans at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.

This is going to be one of the best games of the week. Indianapolis has lost three of their last four games after starting the year with a 7-1 record, and in the process – have failed to put up more than 20 points and three of their last four games. I know there were a couple of questionable calls against the Colts last week, but there is a counter point to this – and it’s to put up more than 16 points in the first place. Meanwhile, Jacksonville, more than took care of business against the Titans, and this is a substantial test for first year head coach Liam Coen. The Jags have won their last three games while the Colts are on a cold streak coming into this game and if I am being completely honest – I have absolutely zero idea who is going to win. I think this is as tossup of a game as you can possibly have at this point in the year with what is on the line for each team in this game. Ultimately, I’m going to go with the team that has had a good ground game for most of the season and that’s the Colts. I know they’ve been struggling as of late, but the success they had earlier in the year was not a coincidence. Colts 27, Jaguars 20

Cincinnati At Buffalo

The Bengals surprised everyone last week when they not only beat the Ravens, but beat them in Baltimore by 18 points. And the reality with the 2025 Bengals season is – at this point – every game is a playoff game. Meanwhile, Buffalo won a must win game in Pittsburgh as they ran for over 240 yards as an offense. And if we know anything about the Bengals and how they’ve played throughout most of Joe Burrow‘s tenure, then we know this is a team struggles defensively. I do want to note – the Bengals defense has stepped up over the past couple of weeks, but these last few weeks have been an outlier relative to the past three years. And with how much of an emphasis Buffalo is placed on running the football recently, I think they’re going to do the same thing in week 14 against Cincinnati. I think this game will be close, but I am going to go with the Bills to win in what will affectively also knock the Bengals out of the playoffs. Bills 28, Bengals 24

Denver At Las Vegas

The Broncos and Raiders played a couple of weeks ago on Thursday night football and it was closer than a lot of people probably thought it was going to be. The biggest thing the Broncos can do in this game is to score points and score early. I know they have struggled to do that throughout most of the 2025 season, but I would like to think it some point they can put up more than 14 or even 17 points in the first half. You know – kick a team that’s done and not let them up is basically what I mean here. And the Raiders to me are undoubtedly a bottom three team in the NFL, and I think they’ll be lucky to keep this game within seven points. If somehow someway the Raiders pulled off this upset – this would be one of the biggest upsets of the entire 2025 season. However, I think the Raiders are going to have a lot of turnover again this off-season, and it’s going to be do in some part two a game like this. Broncos 27, Raiders 13

Los Angeles At Arizona

I am a firm believer the Arizona Cardinals are a lot better from a talent standpoint than their record indicates, but I am not picking against the Rams after the way they lost to the Panthers in week 13. The Rams are legitimate Super Bowl contenders for a reason, and they don’t lose back-to-back games, to teams like the Panthers and Cardinals. Meaning, teams they think are inferior to them.  This is the first matchup of the year between the Rams and Cardinals, and I think it has the potential to be a higher scoring game than people probably think. But I’m definitely not picking Rams to lose back-to-back games with how tight the NFC West race is. I just don’t see anyway a Sean McVay team loses to a Jonathan Gannon team, especially with what happened in week 13. Rams 34, Cardinals 20

Chicago At Green Bay

Nov 23, 2025; Chicago, Illinois, USA; Chicago Bears head coach Ben Johnson before the game against the Pittsburgh Steelers at Soldier Field. Mandatory Credit: Mike Dinovo-Imagn Images

This is the biggest test of the year so far for the Chicago Bears. There were a lot of naysayers and doubters as they headed into Philadelphia in week 13 yet they ran for over 275 yards and one with the score of 24 to 15. And there is no denying how fun of a year it’s been for the Chicago Bears so far as nobody would’ve thought this team would be the number one seed entering week 14 – especially after they started out 0-2 and suffered a 31 point loss at the hands of the Lions in the second week of the season. I love everything Ben Johnson is doing for the Bears, and think he is a legitimate head coach of the year candidate. But I also think this is a classic game where Packers fans are licking their chops. They want the Bears fanbase to get excited and to legitimately think they have a shot of beating them in Lambeau with huge playoff implications on the line. But the Packers have had the Bears number for years. And I simply trust their defense more than I trust the Bears offense at this point. They’ll do everything they can to make Caleb Williams beat them, rather than give up 275 yards on the ground. This will be an incredibly fun game, but I’m going with Green Bay. Packers 23, Bears 14

Houston At Kansas City

Nov 27, 2025; Arlington, Texas, USA; Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes (15) walks on the field prior to the game against the Dallas Cowboys at AT&T Stadium. Mandatory Credit: Kevin Jairaj-Imagn Images

With how many eight win teams there are currently in the AFC there is no doubt about it – the Kansas City Chiefs season is on the line. And it certainly doesn’t help that their left tackle Josh Simmons was recently placed on injured reserved. The Texans pass rush is led by Will Anderson and Danielle Hunter and they are probably the best edge duo in the NFL. And they will be licking their chops to play against this offensive line. The Kansas City Chiefs are not the same old Chiefs, and quite frankly with how good Houston’s defense is – barring a miracle or a rabbit getting pulled out of a hat – I think Patrick Mahomes is going to be running for his life all night. Over the past seven years obviously I haven’t picked against the Chiefs many times when they’re playing at home at Arrowhead but this is certainly an exception. Texans 20, Chiefs 17

Philadelphia At Los Angeles

The Eagles and Chargers are a pair of 8-4 teams and they play this Monday night at Sofi. And simply put entering this game – the Philadelphia Eagles are struggling. They have scored just 15 points in their last six quarters, and there’s been a lot of noise in the city of Philadelphia regarding offensive coordinator Kevin Patullo. This is one of the two toughest remaining games the Philadelphia Eagles have in their 2025 season, and they’re in danger of losing three straight games. Meanwhile, the Chargers have an opportunity to keep up in the AFC West wildcard race, and I would very much argue this is a must win game. After this, the Chargers play at the Chiefs and at the Cowboys and those are going to be very difficult games. And given the Eagles are struggling combined with the fact the Chargers just put up 31 points coming off of their bye (and also given the fact Justin Herbert had hand surgery this week) I don’t feel confident about either side here, but I am going to go with the chargers at home. Chargers 24, Eagles 20
