Will Callahan finally deliver? This article breaks down the ideal outcome of the 2025 NFL Draft for the Tennessee Titans. There will not be trades involved; however, if a trade-back is ideal, it will absolutely be mentioned along with a potential target.

Round One (1st Overall) Dream Target: Cam Ward, QB, Miami

Maybe this defeats the purpose of this series, but even though Ward is not the number one prospect, the odds are too in favor of him going first.
Mike Borgonzi understands playmaking quarterbacks. Ward slipped up in the middle of last year, but his ability to rebound and make ludicrous plays is worth betting on.
There are concerns with his processor. With the amount of experience Ward has, it is surprising to see the level of mistakes he makes.
Time will tell whether this is the right move or not.
Round Two (35th Overall) Dream Target: Donovan Ezeiruaku, EDGE, Boston College

Replacing one Boston College edge rusher with another?
Absolutely. Ezeiruaku is a high-floor option for a desperate edge corps. Some believe he is locked into the first round, but this edge class could easily let top talent slip.
The Boston College product is well balanced with 34-inch arms. It is safe to say that Ezeiruaku massively improves this defense.
Round Four (103rd Overall) Dream Target: Wyatt Milum, OL, West Virginia

Kevin Zeitler is on a one-year contract.
Milum has drifted into prospect fatigue territory, and the Titans are the ones to take advantage of it. He will be transitioning from left tackle, so there will be an adjustment period. Luckily, there is no rush to start. The West Virginia product is mobile, strong, and experienced.
If an injury occurs, Milum can cover almost any position as a rookie.
Talk about incredible value both short and long term.
Round Four (120th Overall) Dream Target: Kyle Williams, WR, Washington State

Let’s get Ward a weapon he is familiar with.
Williams skyrocketed up boards after the Senior Bowl. Nearly every defensive back got exposed in one-on-ones. The crazy aspect is how route running is not Williams’ best trait. The Washington State product is lethal after the catch (21 missed tackles forced on 70 receptions, per PFF).
Adding firepower is crucial in this crippled receiving corps. Williams offers a massive boost.
Round Five (141st Overall) Dream Target: Chris Paul Jr., LB, Ole Miss

The linebacker room is dangerously weak.
‘Pooh’ Paul was a Swiss army knife for the Rebels. His highlight-reel plays are day-two worthy. The consistency is a bit lacking, and Paul’s frame could continue to limit his effectiveness at the next level.
To be fair, the Ole Miss product will be an upgrade regardless. That is worth it in round five.
Round Five (167th Overall) Dream Target: Jamaree Caldwell, DI, Oregon

The defensive line performed valiantly last year.
Caldwell will serve as a support piece for Sweat (and that is okay in the fifth). His explosiveness allows for flexibility beyond the nose tackle position, boosting his value even more.
Injuries occur, unfortunately. Depth is crucial for success down the road. Caldwell absolutely could end up being the determining factor in whether the defense bends or breaks from an injury.
Round Six (178th Overall) Dream Target: Craig Woodson, DB, Cal

Safety could use a boost, too.
Here is an excerpt from another article highlighting Woodson: “(He) is a dynamic athlete with amazing coverage ability. It is possible that he goes as high as the third round, but he likely will slip to day three.”
The Cal product will need some time developing his processor, but in the sixth round he is a felony-level steal.
Round Six (188th Overall) Dream Target: Barrett Carter, LB, Clemson

Let’s continue retooling the linebacker corps.
Carter has multiple years of experience starting. His play dipped this past season, but there is a third-round quality linebacker in there somewhere.
With such a weak linebacker class, it is tough to recommend taking any of these late options, but a few are worth a shot. Carter could return to form and get some real reps in as a rookie.
