Another great week of NFL action, with some incredible matchups. Some of the games this week feature contenders and juggernauts facing off, and could easily determine the winners of divisions or playoff byes. Like always, NFL games are determined by Jimmy’s and Joe’s facing off on the field. Here are some of the best 1-on-1s to focus on in each game of Week 11.
Jets @ Patriots – Garrett Wilson vs. Christian Gonzalez

New York Jets wide receiver Garrett Wilson (5) warms upon before an NFL Week 10 game between the New York Jets and the Cleveland Browns at MetLife Stadium on Sunday, Nov. 9, 2025.
Even after their trade deadline fire sale, the Jets still have some talented players on their roster. Garrett Wilson hasn’t had a great year so far, with only 395 yards and 4 TDs. That’s partially due to the Jets’ QB struggles and them just being terrible overall. But Wilson certainly has the talent to do better than that. On the other side of the field are the red-hot New England Patriots on the longest win streak in the NFL. They remain undefeated when Christian Gonzalez starts. No doubt Gonzalez will attempt to shut Wilson down, and in my estimation, he probably will.
Commanders @ Dolphins – Bradley Chubb vs. Laremy Tunsil

Frankly, neither of these teams is going anywhere this year, and they probably know that their seasons are over. But just because this game means little to nothing for the season overall, it doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy the show. Nothing in this game is more exciting than one of our great pass rushers, Bradley Chubb, facing off against one of our great tackles in Laremy Tunsil. If this game happens to be in the corner of your multiview, definitely take a look at these two guys battling each other.
Packers @ Giants – Micah Parsons vs. Andrew Thomas

Yet another matchup between two stud linemen, who also know each other extremely well. Parsons and Thomas have battled numerous times, dating back to when Micah was in the NFC East, and his Cowboys typically dominated the matchup. The Packers are desperate for a win after a 2-game slide and a miserable performance from their offense. Obviously, Micah can’t help them there, but he can give them more opportunities. The Giants fired their coach and are wracked with injuries on the offense. Thomas can still shine, though, and watching Micah Parsons is never a bore. This should be a great watch in a game Green Bay desperately needs to win.
Titans @ Texans – L’Jarius Sneed vs. Nico Collins

Both of these teams have had an underwhelming year, but the Texans might still have a chance to save their season. They are only a game behind the Jags, who have been struggling with injuries. For the Texans, getting their offense going is their top priority. And that will start with Nico Collins. Even if the Titans have struggled, L’Jarius Sneed is a highly compensated corner for a reason. Collins has a big body and is tough to cover, but check out Sneed’s effort if you need some entertainment during this AFC South battle.
Panthers @ Falcons – Tetairoa McMillan vs. AJ Terrell

Yet another divisional matchup between two teams struggling for purchase in a bad division. However, here we have one of the best rookie receivers in the league facing off against a great veteran cornerback. Tet McMillan has quietly racked up over 600 yards this year and become an incredible weapon for Bryce Young. Meanwhile, AJ Terrell has actually had an underwhelming year, but he still has that dog in him. Perhaps he can get back in the swing of things by welcoming a rookie to the NFL.
Bears @ Vikings – Darnell Wright vs. Jonathan Greenard

Another Bears game, another week of me recommending you watch Darnell Wright. The Bears are probably itching to avenge a rough Week 1 comeback loss to the Vikings, and they have been on a tear as of late. It all starts in the run game, and that all starts up front. But Brian Flores is a defensive mastermind, and we know he loves the blitz. This will be a challenge for the Bears to deal with, especially given Caleb’s past struggles under pressure. Jonathan Greenard is top 10 in hurries and top 15 in pressures, and if he can start converting those into sacks, this Vikings D will be unstoppable.
Chargers @ Jaguars – Backup O-Linemen vs. Josh Hines-Allen

We’ve all watched as the Chargers’ offensive line has collapsed around Justin Herbert, but he’s still playing pretty well. But the Jaguars’ pass rush is fearsome, led by star rusher Josh Hines-Allen. So far, Herbert has been able to overcome the pressure and get the ball out quickly, and the Chargers have kept winning. Can Hines-Allen put on enough pressure to stifle LA’s offense and help the Jags turn their year around?
Buccaneers @ Bills – Vita Vea vs. James Cook

The Bills are in a minor tailspin after an embarrassing loss to Miami. The formula for them seems clear: when James Cook cooks, they roll. Unfortunately for them, this week they are facing maybe the best run-stuffer in the NFL. Big Vita Vea is the spine of the Bucs defense, and if he can stop the run, we could see a great duel between Josh Allen and Baker Mayfield.
Bengals @ Steelers – Old Man Battle

Couldn’t pick just one matchup in the oldest game of all time. The two veteran QBs facing off will be interesting, as will the Steelers’ old offense vs. the Bengals’ young defense. Which of these old men can get their offense rolling? Can the veteran Pittsburgh backfield corral two of the best receivers in the league? Can TJ Watt deliver the game-wrecking turnovers the Steelers need? We shall see!
49ers @ Cardinals – Dominick Puni vs. Walter Nolen

In a battle between two divisional foes, I’ll be locked in on the battle between two young linemen. Dominick Puni is in his second year and has been pretty solid, with only 1 sack and 1 hit allowed, and just 2 penalties. Meanwhile, Walter Nolen has only played in one game, but it was a great one. He played excellently last week against the Cowboys and luckily avoided another major injury. He needs to continue to prove himself and stay healthy. Even if the Cardinals don’t have much hope this year, Nolen cementing himself as an alpha in this division would be huge for Arizona.
Seahawks @ Rams – EVERYTHING!

Sorry, but I couldn’t resist. There’s not a single thing in this game I’m not excited for, and I recommend you watch the entire thing with rapt attention. Both teams are young and talented, with tons of playmakers everywhere. For the Rams, Stafford has been playing at an MVP level, and Jared Verse continues to look excellent in his second year. For the Seahawks, Sam Darnold and JSN have been an excellent combo, and their young defense, built around Leonard Williams, has been awesome. This will be an electric matchup that likely determines the fate of the NFC West and perhaps the entire NFC.
Chiefs @ Broncos – Josh Simmons vs. Nik Bonitto

The Broncos’ pass rush isn’t just good, it’s historic. They are on track to break the single-season sack record, led by Nik Bonitto’s 9.5 sacks. This game against the Chiefs could cement them as the division leaders and get them a home playoff game. And we all know that Patrick Mahomes’ biggest weakness is performing under pressure. However, his line has improved a lot since the disastrous loss to the Eagles, in no small part due to Josh Simmons, his rookie left tackle. He just came back from injury, but prior to injury, he had been playing at a high level, allowing only one sack. Watching the new Chiefs’ O-line try to handle the incredible Denver defense will be exciting, and this battle of the AFC West Giants should be an amazing game.
Ravens @ Browns – Lamar Jackson vs. Myles Garrett

As we all know, the Ravens’ margin for error has evaporated, and Lamar has no room for error. Which is why he will probably play in Cleveland despite injury rumors swirling. AFC North football is always a slug fest, and even if we all think the Ravens are the better team, you never know what could happen. If any guy will make the difference for Cleveland, it will be the leader of their excellent defense, Myles Garrett. As per usual, Myles is putting on an MVP performance, leading the league in sacks, and just generally wrecking games. If he can wreck this game, it just might wreck Baltimore’s whole season.
Lions @ Eagles – Penei Sewell vs. Jaelen Phillips

Detroit Lions offensive tackle Penei Sewell (58) warms up ahead of the Washington Commanders game at Northwest Stadium in Landover, Md. on Sunday, November 9, 2025.
Setting aside their offensive struggles, the Eagles’ defense has been absolutely lockdown. But of course, Howie is never content and decided to strike another great deal to add some more pass rush for Philly. Jaelen Phillips looked good and seemed to fit in well in his new home. But this week, he faces one of the best tackles and hottest offenses in the NFL. Can he continue to put on the pressure, or will the Lions roll through the birds?
Cowboys @ Raiders – Quinnen Williams/Kenny Clark vs. Ashton Jeanty

The Cowboys made a big move to get Quinnen Williams at the trade deadline, and that was in addition to trading Micah Parsons for Kenny Clark. In theory, that should beef up their defense, especially against the run. However, so far this year, the Dallas defense has been literally the worst in the league. Ashton Jeanty has also disappointed, at least compared to his draft status. But he has shown flashes and had big games. Can this second reinforcement to Dallas’ run-stuffing ability help bottle up Jeanty on Monday night? Or will he continue to break out and live up to his draft potential?
