After a thrilling Thanksgiving in Week 13 of the 2025 NFL season, the Bengals vs. Ravens seemed an afterthought, until Cincinnati entered Baltimore, where Evan McPherson’s six field goals powered an upset that ended the Ravens’ five-game win streak.

Unfortunately for the Ravens, the real story is their offense’s historic collapse in primetime. Lamar Jackson, Isaiah Likely, and a receiver combined for five turnovers that doomed the Ravens offense against a division rival. This sloppy performance recalled the team’s 1-4 start before their winning streak.

Though former MVP Lamar Jackson struggled with an interception and two fumbles. The biggest blow came when Isaiah Likely was stripped at the goal line, losing a sure touchdown as the ball rolled out for a Bengals touchback.

Blame is hard to assign in this historic disaster. Jackson’s fumble near his end zone gave the Bengals a short field. Likely’s fumble erased a touchdown and gave the ball away. In the fourth quarter, Zay Flowers’ fumble ended Baltimore’s comeback. Regardless of fault, the Ravens must fix their offense before their slim playoff hopes vanish.
